Can we rent or buy equipment without a full production?
Yes. Rentals and sales of professional event and AV technology are a service of their own. Start with the technology alone, and add crew, content or creative support whenever your project asks for it.
Who operates the technology during the event?
Our own team. We install, operate and support everything on site, so you have one responsible partner from load-in to load-out.
When should we involve YEP in a project?
Ideally at the concept stage. We prefer to help you visualize what the experience can become before specifying the technology behind it. That said, we regularly join projects at any stage, including execution only.
