What we process when you contact us

When you contact YEP by email, phone, WhatsApp or the website contact form, we process the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if you share it), company or organization (if you share it) and your message.

When you submit the contact form, your IP address is processed briefly to limit abuse (rate limiting) and delivered as part of standard email metadata. It is not stored together with your message.

Purposes and legal bases

Contact information is used to answer your enquiry, prepare or discuss a proposal and manage a potential or existing business relationship. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Technical data such as IP addresses and server logs are used to keep the website secure and available. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Optional analytics runs only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings.

How long we keep your data

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and are deleted at the latest 2 years after our last contact.

If your enquiry leads to a contract, related correspondence and documents are kept for the statutory commercial and tax retention periods (up to 10 years under Romanian law).

Rate-limiting data is kept for a few minutes only. Analytics measurement data is retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months.

Website preferences

The website stores the language you choose under yep-language and your analytics preference under yep-analytics-consent-v2 in browser local storage. These values remember choices you requested on your device and are not sent to third parties.

Optional website analytics

If Google Analytics is configured, it is not loaded until you actively allow analytics. Analytics is used to understand visits, landing-page performance, language and market interest, and contact journeys. Advertising personalization, remarketing and Google Signals are disabled in the website implementation.

Recipients and processors

We use carefully selected service providers to operate this website and our email: Resend (email delivery for the contact form), Google (optional analytics), Vercel (website hosting), and Microsoft (business email). These providers process personal data on our behalf and are bound by data-processing agreements.

International transfers

Some providers (Resend, Google) may process data in the United States. Such transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access to your personal data, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@youreventspartner.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - in Romania, the ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or the authority of your own EU country.

No automated decision-making

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

External services

Website media and client logos are served from this website. WhatsApp is contacted only when you choose a WhatsApp option. Your interaction with external services is then subject to their own privacy terms.
