For this project at Hotel Radisson Blu Cluj Napoca, Cluj-Napoca, YEP coordinated Live streaming, Video control & switching, Camera production, LED screens, and Conference audio. The documented setup included 10 × 3 m indoor LED screen with 2.6 mm pixel pitch, three 4K cameras with tripods, and four-output media server, video mixer, PPT and vMix streaming workflow.
